Habits of discipline, cooperation and music appreciation are nurtured throughout both the vocal and instrumental programs. In music class students also explore the great musical traditions as well as their own artistic sensitivity.
Music! Music! Music!
When you encourage your child to practice several times a week, you are helping them to prepare for chorus, band and orchestra. Mrs. Welwood can have rehearsals but students must pay very close attention. Students won't improve these musical skills if they only attend lessons with Mrs. Kirsch and Mr. Schnitzer. They simply must practice, practice, practice!
